Finally, Flipkart’s a lot of anticipated “big billion day” for the year 2015 is declared. This year, it's slated to be from thirteenth(13th) to seventeenth(17th) Oct. It's about to be attention-grabbing considering 2 e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart would roll out offers throughout constant timeline. You can explore massive Billion Day offers and coupons to get max of whatever offered at Flipkart.

Big Billion Day 2015 Offers and Coupons

flipkart-big-billion-day-2015-coupons

Last year, the massive billion day sale from Flipkart raised eyebrows and users were umbrageous concerning the frequent crashes. That shocked the corporate and as a result, its founders offered associate degree apology to the purchasers. This year, Flipkart is claimed to own scaled up everything to handle high traffic flow, and at this significant juncture, it's in no mood to loose against its chief rival Amazon, that has been learning steady and creating forays into the Indian client base.

Flipkart Big Billion Day – This year it is only through app

big-billion-day-sale

Yes! You got it right, this year, Flipkart has confined the sale to the app. This sale would not be extended to the stuff you buy from the website, therefore to take advantage of the big billion day sale 2015, you need to install Flipkart mobile app, which is available on all platforms.

Why has Flipkart kept it app only sale?

flipkart-big-billion-day-offers-2015

There are several reasons for it, and one is the long-standing desire of the company to switch over to an app only portal like Myntra. Earlier many pundits said that Flipkart would switch to an app only model from October onwards, but it was a claim that was never materialized. But with this sale, both Flipkart and its chief rival Amazon have proved that they are strongly leaning towards app only model and are prepared to incentivize users who are ready to do so. Of course, it is a long term strategy, but Flipkart seems to be taking baby step towards the grand strategy.

Things you can expect in Big Billion Day Sale 2015

flipkart-big-billion-day-2015

While Flipkart keep such things classified there are quite a number of things that you can expect from the big billion day sale. Discounts on big items, like television, laptops and other electronic and utility items. Not only they are expected to give up discounts, but would also improve the delivery time frame, so don’t be surprised if you either see a regular time frame for delivery or an expedited delivery at low rates. Smartphones, flash drives, hard drives etc. It would also include low prices on tablets and other gadgets. LED Bulbs, books, and media are likely to be discounted in this edition of sale. Home and furniture discounts could range to 10-15% lower than what it is now. Products in all other categories might be discounted by 10%. Cashback on certain cards, especially HDFC, CityBank, Standard Charted, SBI and Axis bank is expected.

This time SELLERS are prepared

Flipkart has worked overtime to ensure that sellers are prepared and have backup plan for everything – including handling high volume of orders, coordinating with logistics etc., and has not kept a stone unturned to make sure that it wins customer loyalty this time around.
One important thing that Flipkart has done this time is that it is imparting a special four-hour training to the sellers to educate their sellers about how to manage inventory during the peak demand.
It is said that Flipkart has reached out to 6000 of its sellers to ensure that customers get a flawless ordering experience.

Explained in steps: How you can take advantage of the sale

  • Step 1 – Download the Flipkart mobile app, it is available on both Apple and Android platforms.
  • Step 2 – Have a wish list ready even before the sale, Remember everyone would just get onto Flipkart to buy, and although the steps taken by Flipkart are reassuring, it doesn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t happen again.
  • Step 3 – Save your personal information, both your address and funding source, because last year, the products were reported out of stock by the time users proceeded to check out. To save you from disappointment, save it all so that you are all set on the sale day.
  • Step 4 – If you have multiple credit cards, put them all, because often such sales are complemented with generous cash back offers from the bank, so make sure that you are set, and on the sale day, choose card that gives you best cashback offer.

If you run into any problem

  • 1. Contact customer service, through facebook, twitter or through the app.
  • 2. Be patient, there can be a delay considering that they have a huge user base to manage. And lots of sales means lots of complaints.
  • 3. Be considerate and provide details as the support guys request you. Companies do run on customer service and it is very unlikely that any company would want to lose customers due to bad customer service.

Word of caution for Flipkart

Last time, there was a hue and cry over the failure of big billion day sale, many complaints were lodged, and there was a considered damage to the brand value. Although Flipkart has acted to allay the fears of the users, they need to treat everything with great sensitivity, because Indian customers may forgive a one-time error, but repetitive mistakes would lead to even more damage to the brand.
Big Billion Day 2015 is a great arena for two e-commerce giants to fight for the top slot, while Flipkart has an edge over amazon in terms of user base, Amazon is steadily picking up by putting up discounts and complementing it with great customer service.

Nervous Dad about debut as cricket commentator

Actor Abhishek Bachchan says his father Amitabh Bachchan may be a shade nervous regarding creating his debut as a commentator for the India-Pakistan match throughout the ICC Cricket tournament 2015 in state capital Gregorian calendar month fifteen.
Big B can battle the commentator's role aboard stalwarts of the cricket-commentary world Harsha Bhogle and Kapil Dev as a part of promotion of his recently released film SHAMITABH.
Abhishek, who is additionally the producer of SHAMITABH, was present at an event once he was asked how excited he's regarding senior Bachchan's commentary during the world Cup. He said: "I assume it is a nice thought and that is the smallest amount you'll be able to expect from R. Balki (SHAMITABH director R. Balakrishnan). after we had this discussion within the promoting conferences, i believed it had been a superb thought."
The junior Bachchan says his globally known father has "the greatest voice on earth".
"To hear him commenting on the match should be lots of fun and i have seen some the rehearsals they have been doing. He has been operating laborious and he's terribly nervous, however i feel it's going to be very exciting," said Abhishek, who's a sports enthusiast himself.
SHAMITABH, that released Gregorian calendar month half-dozen, conjointly stars southern star Dhanush and deb Akshara Haasan in crucial roles.

Shamitabh

A reedy, scrawny, voice-less wannabe actor rides piggyback as regards a hypnotic, close baritone to super gaining in Bollywood : the premise of Shamitabh is impressive upon many levels. Because of the mad-friends it makes taking into account genuine animatronics and reel liveliness. Because of what we already know about the actors, stored in our memory banks. Because of its sheer degree of meta-ness.

Danish (Dhanush) and Amitabh (Amitabh Bachchan) are considering whisky and paani : the former is an unprepossessing runaway, as soon as a million others, who fetches occurring in Mumbai in order to become a star; the latter is a wasted alcoholic subsequently than than a voice that we have known and loved, upon and off screen. The coming together of the two the mixture becomes Shamitabh, super-buzzing Bollywood hero, aided and abetted by a shining minor event Akshara, a small cog in the colossal movie matter.

Much of what constitutes stardom, the way it is construct occurring in the worlds largest film industry, is portion of the film. The membership along along with how a person looks and how he sounds, and how that contributes to the making of a star, fashions the two halves of Shamitabh. And the predictable perspective-off together in the middle of the two provides some of the films most flesh and blood moments.

The distress is that there are not enough of those moments in which the two riff off each optional postscript, the others subsequent to reference to them beast just demonstrative ciphers. Large passages are devoted to Amitabh Bachchan and his soliloquies. Why, subsequent to we already know what a magician he is bearing in mind his voice? They make the film a one-sided drone.

Also, so much of bay of disbelief (how reachable is it for an actor to be voiceless and not be rumbled within a moment?) needed to have been balanced by the sort of be rich, which makes us statement plenty, I get your hands on into this, but unaided because you are showing it to me following mannerism and smartness. Shamitabh swings in the middle of alive thing rosy and banal, the latter more consequently subsequent to it begins worshipping at the altar of the nations most beloved voice.

Debutant Akshara Haasan, an intriguing mix of mother Sarika and father Kamal Haasan, has conformity. Dhanush shows what a exact actor can realize when just body language : he is formless, twists and turns, and says what he wants to, without using any spoken words.
Paradoxically, it is Amitabh Bachchan, whose voice powers the movie, who is not lithe to fracture wandering from the pedestal he is put upon : the lines together along together along in the middle of Amitabh the superstar playing Amitabh the drunk wastrel are so blurred that the film becomes more paean than everything else, burying the mood and the defense.

Shamitabh had the potential to use irony and knowingness and a self-watchfulness, and the presence of the most durable star in Bollywood whose velvet-and-iron rumble has become portion continued

New photos, a ‘Top Gun’ reunion : Disney’s ‘Planes’

Not exactly a sequel, and not an entirely new franchise either, Disney’s “Planes” is hoping to capitalize on the success of the first two “Cars” films that combined earned more than $1 billion worldwide.

“Planes” takes viewers back to a world where cars, planes and even forklifts have feelings, facial expressions and the ability to talk. The film will look very familiar to anyone who has seen either “Cars” or “Cars 2,” but it is produced by DisneyToon Studios, and not Pixar, which produced the first two “Cars” movies.
The star of “Planes” is Dusty (Dane Cook), a crop duster who dreams of  joining the air racing circuit, even if he is afraid of heights.
He’s joined by a cast of characters that include a grounded old Navy Corsair who coaches him to greatness, a genial fuel truck, and an array of  international air racers who are regulars on the circuit.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus, John Cleese, Teri Hatcher, Cedric the Entertainer and Dane Cook will all voice characters. The film also features a “Top Gun” reunion of sorts, with Val Kilmer and Anthony Edwards voicing a pair of fighter jets.
“Planes” opens in theaters on Aug. 9. Check out the trailer and tell us what you think about “Planes” in the comments.

Smokey Robinson to release album of duets this fall

Smokey Robinson is getting in on the duets album action.

Following his appearance Wednesday night on "American Idol," the R&B legend announced Thursday that he's to release a set of all-star duets this fall through the Verve Music Group. The album will join a rash of such collections, including recent efforts from Tony Bennett, Reba McEntire and Lionel Richie. Paul Anka has one due out next month, while John Fogerty will unveil his in May.

But wait!
"Unlike any other duet-themed project produced to date," a statement insists, "this unique album will include all hits written by Robinson," and that certainly seems true enough: Pop & Hiss can't recall another duets record filled only with Robinson's songs.
The singer's guests for the project haven't been announced, though we're promised "a celebrated roster of contemporary and classic artists whose influence will span the depth of Robinson's stellar 50-plus-year career." (Let's hope 2 Chainz made the cut.) Among the songs slated to appear are "My Girl," "Cruisin' " and "The Tears of a Clown."
In an interview last year Robinson told Pop & Hiss that he was at work on several other projects, including a follow-up to his handsome 2006 standards set, "Timeless Love," as well as a set of Spanish-language material.
Robinson's last studio album, "Time Flies When You're Having Fun," came out in 2009. Listen to his typically silky take on Norah Jones' "Don't Know Why" below.

Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson In Another Movie Together

A friend of Kristen’s tells jigarenjoywithme.blogspot.com EXCLUSIVELY, “Kristen has been busy looking at different scripts but what she really wants to do is a romantic, quirky comedy with Rob.”
“This way they can spend plenty of time together,” says the friend. “She doesn’t want to be separated for long periods of time from him like when he went to Australia. This way they can work together and play together.”

Robert Pattinson Missed Kristen Stewart While In Australia

As jigarenjoywithme.blogspot.com previously reported, Rob and Kristen are making up for lost time during their trial separation. Since reconnecting, they’ve been spending all of their time together, even doing simple things with each other like grocery shopping.
“Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson came in here on Friday just like a normal couple buying groceries,” an eyewitness at Lassens’ Natural Foods & Vitamins in Los Feliz revealed to jigarenjoywithme.blogspot.com. “They looked really happy, smiling, holding hands. They bought a bag of organic fuji apples and a bunch of other items. They came in the late afternoon and again just seemed like cool, down to earth people.”

Should Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson Star In Another Movie Together?

What do YOU think? Would you be excited to see Rob and Kristen in a romantic comedy? Or would you rather see them in a sexy, romantic thriller?

Why I Won’t Work With Rob & Kristen Again : Stephenie Meyer

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won’t be starring in anymore Stephenie Meyer movies. The talented author, responsible for the Twilight franchise, caught up with HollywoodLife.com at The Cinema Society & Jaeger-LeCoultre screening of The Host, at NYC’s Tribeca Grand Hotel. It was there that she revealed her next steps with Robsten!

Will Stephenie Work With Rob & K-Stew Again

We asked Stephenie, the author of The Host, if she could ever see herself working with the Twilight duo again.
“I would want to do [another project] without them,” she told us. “I would do the next one with a whole new group because we had such a good experience.”
That actually does make a lot of sense. But we would give our right arm to see another Twilight installment or even something else with them in it!
Stephenie went on to tell us how The Host is different from Twilight,” she says: “It’s definitely fun. It’s great to move away from vampires. This is a whole other world. A whole new aspect. Its fresh.”

Rob & Kristen’s Romantic Golf Date In LA

We told you that Rob flew back from Australia to surprise K-Stew after 64 days apart. Now they’ve been together nonstop. Most recently, Robsten were spotted golfing and even kissing on the course, near their Los Feliz home.

‘Downton Abbey’ Star Regrets Going Topless : Jessica Brown Findlay

She earned international acclaim for her role as Lady Sybil Branson in ‘Downton Abbey,’ but before that, Jessica was a burgeoning, naive star baring it all in her first lead role for the movie ‘Albatross.’ A decision, she admits, she wishes she never made.

Jessica Brown Findlay opened up in a new interview about going topless on camera, revealing that she regrets it and would never do it again.

Jessica Brown Findlay: Topless In ‘Albatross’: ‘Not Something I Would Do Again’

The former (spoiler alert?) Downton Abbey star had her first leading role in the 2011 film, Albatross. The role required her to appear promiscuous and go topless. Looking back on the role, Jessica admits that she may have been too young to make such an impactful decision, and that she might do things differently if she got another chance.
“To be honest, Albatross was naivete and not knowing that I could say no,” she told the Radio Times. “I had no idea what was going to happen and thought I was going to be shot from behind.” She concludes assuredly, “It’s not something I would do again.”
Besides being completely aware of the circumstances, Jessica also had some other advice for aspiring actresses thinking about baring it all for a movie. “If you’re going to do a nude scene, be honest and natural,” she advises. “The idea that actresses would work out at the gym for a thousand hours beforehand… I was drinking pints and eating burgers.”
Jessica is an extremely talented actress, as we saw on Downton, and now it seems she’s a little wiser as well. She now knows that she has full control over what she does in a movie or TV show.
Her next role is alongside Will Smith, Russell Crowe, and Colin Ferrell in Winter’s Tale.

WATCH: Sybil – ‘Downton Abbey’ Season 3, Episode 5
